5 /5 Donald Ward: Wife and I were scheduled for our 1st vaccine today. There was an administrative clich and were sent away. The security guard who denied us access went to bat for us and talked to the person in charge. He followed us out into the parking lot to bring us back in as he had gained permission to receive the shot. Once inside the staff was professional and efficient and the shot was pain-free. Thanks to the NBHC team for getting us on the road to wellness
