5 /5 Mary Jo Dickerson: Went in with an appointment & was checked in quickly. They warned it might be up to 1.5 hours, so I sent my husband for coffee across the street. As he came back 15 minutes later, I was called back. Went in, got vitals. RN warned it might be 20 minutes, but within 5 the doc came in. He listened attentively, assessed my issue & had me out with a prescription & a care plan. A+ service, great nurses, great techs, great doc.

5 /5 Steven Fredman: I visited Sutter Urgent Care at Low Court with a bad cough. They tested me and determined I had Influenza A. They ordered an X-ray and found I had mild pneumonia in one lung as well. All of this took some time, but I was kept informed as to where I was in the queue.The staff was friendly, sympathetic and efficient. Did it take a long time? Yes, but they were treating people who were sicker than me and needed attention first.I was very satisfied with the care I received.

5 /5 Michael Wallace: The staff were polite and helpful. The Dr was efficient and took care of me appropriately. I had a chest x ray and was out of there within an hour. Checking online to see there was only one person ahead of me was wonderful. Sutter Fairfield is the best at everything

5 /5 Ken Stumbaugh: Other than the wait time ,my experience with them was very good and they were able to take care of my situation. The nurse and Doctor were very nice and they were very apologetic about the wait times, but I think that due to Monday being a holiday and that the Sutter Clinic was closed, may have contributed to that.

4 /5 Janet Wight: The physician I saw for my exam was kind, and thorough, and I understood and agreed with the plan for me. I did not give 5 stars because of the employee who was checking patients in on Monday. She was difficult to understand , and became impatient, when she had to repeat things, her tone was rude. She spoke sharply to patients, at one point she told a patient, “ fill out your paperwork, I don’t want to have to fill it out for you.” She seemed to disrespect her customers.
