4 /5 Jerome Rivera: Excellent healthcare service. However, front desk needs to be more professional. I understand the stress when there’s short staffing, but you should not give attitude on the phone.
Also, I witnessed a very anxious woman who keeps bugging the front desk about an appointment somewhere else she’s about to miss coz she’s been waiting in Northbay for too long, she understood the whole short staff situation and left instead. When the woman left, the 2 front desk talked about her in unprofessional way.
Overall, good experience for me.
