5 /5 Katie Thompson: Nurse care coordinator Ericka Conner has been a great help for everything I have medically needed since my health insurance switched from anthem Blue cross to PlanPartnership health plan of California, Ericka has made sure nothing is undone and if it is undone like pain management she made sure I got into another one that would take me take my health insurance, they did, or to make sure nothing is overlooked, also Member service has been great too. Ericka is a great asset to PlanPartnership health plan of California I feel blessed and grateful.
