Terri Rufert: Dr. Liu is an excellent doctor. He is not quick to rush to surgery. He drives different methods to solve the medical issue. He does a great job of explaining. He is in high demand, so expect to wait when you have an appointment.
Vanessa Aville: This new clinic is convenient and good location, the staff and providers are very knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and very understanding. They are very good with young kids and take their time so they get to know you , they don’t rush the experience. They allow for questions and always think of the patient’s comfort. The appointment ran on time and ended when expected.
Jerry Heylek: Dr Bhajal is an outstanding cardiovascular doctor. Been seeing him for years. Right on top of my health problem. When I leave his office I feel like Ive been well informed of any cardio problems and the problem is solved. Totally a professional. I dont care about" bed side manors " , I want results. Would suggest him to friends.
Shelby Delco: What happened to dr.duncan? He used to be friendly and explain procedures.....he would not give my son the time at appt. Wouldnt explain anything after hip surgery ..my son has been in a lot of pain...we wont be going back in.what a disappointment
Sherry Ferreira: Normally I have a great experience here. But today that all changed. I took my daughters in at 10:05 for xray because they both got hurt over the weekend and couldnt get them into the dr... and didnt want to take them to ER.. There were a lot of people, so I knew we would have to wait. 11:40 I go to the desk to ask when they might be seen, because they took a few people ahead of them and i had to get to work...and the receptionist said, "yeah they should be done soon." The way she said it was so rude and made me feel like I was unwelcome. I go there every Friday to get b12 shot and never made to feel this way. Also the receptionist made me feel like i was a bad mom.. and I am not. I hope next time is better.
Cheyenne Lynch: The doctor “GoodWill Princewill” had the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. EVER. I literally was running out of the hospital in full tears crying after being helped by this physician. I had been in and out of the hospital for a threatened miscarriage for the past week or so and was told my pregnancy could be ectopic and to come back for another ultrasound within a few days. The doctor prior to him warned me that if I experienced any pain in my abdomen to go to the ER immediately. I started experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and went in to then have the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. He told me “take Tylenol for the abdominal pain and that’s it, we don’t see anything” I then went on to ask if I should be worried about ectopic pregnancy and he said “even if you do have one they will just have you abort the baby so I wouldn’t worry about it”. I told him the only reason I came in is because the previous doctor told me to closely monitor my symptoms and come back within a 1-2 days, he goes on to say “we tell that to everyone in the ER.” I literally burst into tears and ran out of the hospital crying. I have never in my life felt so dismissed, and distraught over a doctor in my entire life. I truly hope this man gets fired. I cried the entire night from his rudeness and lack of care. When I told him he seems so nonchalant compared to other ER doctors I’ve spoken to he literally told me “we are different genders.”
