5 /5 Donna Yelusich: Since our family moved here in April of last year my husband had been hospitalized at Menifee Global Medical Center via the Emergency Room 3 time & each experience has been great. I have to share this review because reading all the negative reviews was heartbreaking. From the Emergency Room doctors & nursing staff to the ICU staff & everyone one in between have been very helpful, caring & dedicated regarding his care. We are giving Menifee Global Medical a positive review.

1 /5 James Anderson: This facility has bug flying around inside the facility, the front desk is rude, and Ive been waiting with my son for two hours now for him to be seen by a physician for his symptoms. The staff seems as though they dont necessarily care for patients they dont know, and treat people as outsider, oppose to caring for patients. They have signs posted about care for patients, but lack in response time for care

5 /5 Jose Godinez: Ive been to this hospital twice already, and both times I went in very ill. Both times, they took me in very quickly and treated me right away to stabilize me. I was also admitted on both occasions to where I had to spend the night there. The staff was caring and would ask me throughout my stay if I was comfortable or if I needed anything. Im sorry that other people here have had bad experiences, but when it comes to an emergency, every minute counts.

2 /5 Sharon Domenigoni: Arrived by ambulance, and waited more than an hour in the ER hall for a curtained bed. From 4pm to 10:30pm, no food offered. Loud drug OD and dementia patients nearby. Staff was nice, but had to ask for blankets, water.

1 /5 Bridgette Watkins: The ER team here is one the rudest and unprofessional staff I have encountered. The department is unsanitary and dirty. My father went into Septic Shock because of low blood pressure and I was advocating for him because he could barely catch his breath. The “nurse” Letty asked why he was here “because he didn’t look sick.” She proceeded to argue with me about getting more blankets for my dad to calm him down and stop his tremors/shaking. I had to look for her several times. There was no communication with me about him the entire 8 hours we were there. She alluded to say she gave him pain medications and I don’t think she did. If so, it was very minimal. I asked her to put Oxygen on him to help his shortness of breath & she said “his numbers are fine, he doesn’t need that!” Then gave him Oxygen 5 hours later! Doctor Phillip Richemont was beyond arrogant and spoke to me very demeaning. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and pissed off in my life. It is people like these 2 why patients DIE! The only smart thing this doctor did was transfer my dad to a different hospital. Good riddance and I hope you get what’s coming to you. Neither of you should be in medical field or ever operating on someone.
