5 /5 Ren E: Been to this Urgent Care 4 times now. I always request an appointment before they open and have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. The nurses are always personable, they listen and ask questions. The doctors are always respectful (especially as an LGBT+ patient, thats hard to find in OC) and go above and beyond to make sure im comfortable and understand the "how" and "why". A bit pricier than other Urgent Cares in the area, but worth it to feel safe, heard, and in good hands.

5 /5 Nikko Noki: Their website is pretty usable. You can send a message to your doctor, and they are really responsive. I even uploaded a photo to have them look at a skin condition to see if it was serious. They have a wide variety of doctors who can all access your medical history, so you rarely have to go out of network. They can even do some blood draws on-site, saving you a separate trip to Quest.
