1 /5 Alina Muresan: Do NOT recommend any of these doctors or facility. Do yourself a favor and seak a better doctor. Doctors are not knowledgeable, staff is extremely rude, refuse to provide copies of medical records needed for a second specialist visit even after 3-5 requests, constant fraudulent billing where preventative visits are billed as diagnosis and the billing recuses to give an explanation. Even when the insurance representative calls to solve the issue and inquire why the billing is done incorrect they are extremely rude to the insurance and refuse to collaborate. Save yourself a headache and wasted time on the phone. There are better doctors and staff that do not engage in fraud.

I have seen him three times for six month checkups. I’m very pleased with his attention to detail, his interest in my general health, and his friendliness. I’m also very impressed and pleased with his medical support staff and his office staff. This is a first rate medical team and facility.

Each time, I was assured that someone would call me back, but that hasn’t happened. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like the representatives answering the phone are based in the U.S. So far, I haven’t been able to secure an appointment, and the experience has been far from promising. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered.
