Each time, I was assured that someone would call me back, but that hasn’t happened. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like the representatives answering the phone are based in the U.S.
So far, I haven’t been able to secure an appointment, and the experience has been far from promising. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered.
