1 /5 mike A: My stepson has been seeing Dr Hanna for over a year for his ADD. His medications are very important to him and to us as a family. While I have nothing negative to say about Dr Hanna’s treatment of my stepson, I do have slot to say about how her office is run, specifically when it comes to prescriptions and refills. This is now the third time in which her office has mishandled the refilling of prescriptions. This is the third time where my stepson is left days without his medications. He is still currently without his medications for the past three days and going into the weekend without any help from Dr Hanna’s office. Regardless of how many emails, voicemails, messages through the patient portal, etc you will not get any response and if they do finally respond they’ll screw it up again like they did today, by prescribing the wrong medication and sending that incorrect prescription to the pharmacy. This is a horrible way to treat patients and Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) should really recognize the distress you put families in on a regular basis by your physicians actions.
