However, the inability to make any contact, for clarification of my health care orders, has me looking for a better solution.
The phone number does not ring at the clinic but is a general answering machine, possibly for all of dignity health, that only offers two choices, make an appointment, or get the address of a clinic, well actually three choices, the third is go to an emergency room.
The website may be even worse. The page offers a chatbot, that is proposed as a diagnostic tool; but answers any question with do you need a covid vaccine, or do you want to read about covid symptoms, Ive totally forgotten the third covid choice.
There is no phone number to talk to someone at the clinic. There is no way to contact them by email, to ask if they have an email on file for me to set up my "patient portal". I may be expecting too much. Ive moved back to the states from France. and Belgium where like Camille doctors seem to care about their patients, but unlike the Medical Center at Peach they are not isolated from any and all contact with patients.
