5 /5 Niku V: Hello Los Robles Hospital team, I would like to share my incredible experience with Los Robles Hospital during delivery of my child. The entire process was made so smooth thanks to the incredible staff, nurses, and doctors. They were very supportive and took the time to explain every step in detail. They fostered a positive environment that helped me recover faster and provided up-to-date information in advance, which brought me peace of mind. I’d like to recognize the amazing team: Nurses: Lesli, Karen, Gina, Irene, Brittany, Brittany and nurse director. Doctors: Dr. Grace Lee, Dr. Tan, Dr. Chan, Dr. Patel, and the other staff present during my delivery. I apologize if I have not mentioned the nurses and doctors names that have helped me during my delivery. I had a C-section delivery, and even after being discharged, I’ve been recovering quickly thanks to the guidance provided by the nurses and doctors on what to expect at home. A special thank you to the lactation team, Nurse Cindy and Nurse Jen. I had difficulty with breast engorgement, and when I called the hospital the same day, they responded promptly and provided helpful advice that resolved my issue. The hospital also followed up after my discharge to ensure both the baby and I were doing well. Thank you to the Los Robles team for providing such positive, supportive, and comprehensive care that helps patients heal both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery! Thank you again, it was the best delivery experience I had with my second baby.

5 /5 Finally off stage: I am more qualified than most of your clientele to rate your surgical crew in the Cardiology Operating Room. I have been in operating rooms for 9 surgeries and 2 procedures. I think they are a crack crew that are all dedicated to doing their jobs and are attentive to their patients. They did their best to make me feel safe and comfortable. I hope its the last time I venture into surgery, but if I had to and got my choice, your crew would be my first pick.

5 /5 Ronette Judson: From the moment I went in, it was incredible. The woman in admittance could tell I was in pain. And she got a wheelchair and took me to radiology for my stress test. The people there were quiet and helpful and called the technician immediately. The technicians where the nuclear stress test was administered explained every step for me and were even patient when I couldn’t lie still. When I went back, they had a pillow for me to lie on. They were each so very helpful and understanding. Everyone was so patient and helpful and my visit which I was so nervous about turned out to be a very positive one.

5 /5 Tim Baker: Magnificent nurse and very friendly technicians. My check-in nurse, Sophia, was wonderful. She put me at ease and was extremely kind while she was working to get me set up for the procedure. Dr Kar and his staff were exceedingly professional and proficient, as was the Anesthesiologist. The whole experience was made easy and cheerful. Thank you!

5 /5 Laura Bickel: I appreciated everyone who was there to help. I was checked in right away and it didn’t take long before the first part of my visit was done. I did have to wait for a doctor, but so did others. While sitting in the hall I observed several other people being cared for in a cheerful and friendly manner. When it was my turn my needs were met efficiently and I was finished. I was there about two hours, so that wasn’t too long. Everyone I encountered was professional, calm and helpful.
