1 /5 Maggy man: Needed brakework and immediately. He fixed a patch free of charge. Then, out of loyalty to him I paid for full brake job and fix of ac system. Once I started paying him, he started mistreating my vehicle, braking parts and refusing to fix issues that arose from his work. I went in twice a week for a month trying to get him to make the fix while he kept saying he needed more data, without driving the vehicle to even diagnose himself. Im almost certain he made me come to the shop over and over to do absolutely nothing with the vehicle. He held up my cross-country trip for a full month, laughing at me. He was happy to help me for free, but once I started paying him (about $1200) he had to kick me down over and over to continue to feel superior. It was a nightmare. I waited several months to cool off before writing this review and still cannot believe he did this. Hes too good to do an oil change, he told me. And if you want any insights to other issues, dont bother. In his words, he goes in "with blinders on" so he only sees the issue at hand. So if you are hoping for a helpful reminder to fill your fluids- it wont happen.
