Hamilton Li You wont find a more reliable, honest, and affordable mechanic. We will never go anywhere else. Its so hard to find a place that is trustworthy. I didnt think they existed anymore, thats until a coworker recommended me here.

Chelsey Li today this auto repair center charged 120$ for just fill the air of one tire. Not fair. Not reasonable. I had the same problem fixed for free at another auto shop before. So I know it is not fair. I still paid the 120$, but I am not feeling good. Certainly, will not come back. Initially, the front lady told me if it is a simple fix, then it will be much lower than the estimated 140$. Then the front lady left work, and a new guy charge me 140$ even though he knows they just filled air for one tire. I watched them filled the air too. I asked for a discount, then he only gave me 20$ off , but I still feel the $120 for just filling the air is way too high. They could have told me to fill it myself (I know how to fill air myself). I offered paying $60, but the guy refused to change the amount. So I told him that I will never came back again. My car had the same issue before, another auto repair shop checked it quickly for free. If they can refund me $60, I am willing to change the one-star review to five stars. I have given many honest reviews for other businesses in the past, this one I must be honest too. Fortunately, there is a thing called google review, where I can share my experience with others so that people can learn from my experience and avoid being treated unfairly.

Jen Vang This place dont repair . But steal your money I will never recommend this place to anyone.. waste of time and they dont deserve to call them self auto repair. The wrost place to go. So if you live in woodland ca dont ever go to this auto repair shop. This shop had my car for 4 days not including the weekend so total of 6 days. And they charge me $150. And they couldnt even open the hood to my car. I had to leave work to assist them. They pretty much plug in the ob2 scanner which I did. And they couldnt even tell me what was wrong with my car. Extremely lazy worker.

Jazmine Gulley These guys are absolutely fantastic. I usually always go to Hugo when I go. I was recommended by a co worker and then found out another one of my co workers go to him. These guys have the knowledge of 100 mechanics combined. Whatever you cant figure out they will. I highly recommend them to all. Also they get so much business that its better if you call and make an appointment.

Dember Got my car running in no time, but several of my possessions were stolen from both inside and outside the vehicle while it was there. They replaced the things I still had receipts for, but some were items that belonged to my father who just passed away that I will never get back. Apparently the shop is not sure if employees were responsible for the theft, or if it occurred while my car was left outside in the lot, unlocked, with no security cameras. Either option seems pretty bad to me. If you trust this shop with your vehicle, make sure you empty it of any and all valuables first, even those with just sentimental value. :(

Jim I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the shop. The integration of advanced technology further enhances its standing as one of the most professional establishments I have encountered to date. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of work was outstanding. All the employees I encountered were dressed impeccably and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. It was evident that they take great pride in their appearance and work. Parts were not available, so it took a little longer, but they informed me in a timely manner and handled it well. 100% no doubt there! I will undoubtedly return to California Auto Body whenever I require their services.

Martin Henderson Brought it in for a door repair through insurance claim. I asked if they could fill the AC gas as the car was probably out of AC gas because it was year 2009 model. When I picked up the car they said that they checked the pressure of the AC gas and that it was fine. They pressed me into spending $ for a scan saying that summer was close and it’ll get hot. Well now it happens that I just had it checked 3 months later somewhere else and all it needed was some AC gas. There were no leaks or problems, just needed what I asked. I’m giving 3 starts because the door was nicely fixed and service was good. Just wished they were honest about the AC and not have me try to spend more money, or maybe just be honest upfront and say “I need to scan it before I tell you if it needs gas or not”.

Mark Strassman I had a strange noise coming from my car after being repaired at another shop in a different city. I brought it in to DNA late on a Thursday afternoon, without calling first, and DNA took me immediately. They called me the next morning, they gave me a correct estimate at a very reasonable price, and finished it a few hours later. There were no surprises, they didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need, and delivered the car quickly. This is my first trip to DNA, but it is now my new go to shop.

I have been there 2x and both times my expectations were surpassed. Great service. 100% professional shop. Fair prices for work done. I love them. Plus, stop in to see the showroom cars inside!

Free Speechless Gave up on my ac and charged me $1500 for a replacement part that didn’t solve the problem. Went to another mechanic and they diagnosed it as faulty part installed. To give them credit, they covered the cost of the other mechanic’s work.

I dropped off the car and 4 days later I couldnt even recognize it. Thats how great of a job they did! Highly recommend.

John V If you are need of auto body work, definitely go to Impressive Auto body and Paint for a quote. You will indeed be impressed with your experience. Rolando and staff will give you fair and straightforward pricing (you can tell from their rustic setting you are not being charged for fancy overhead). They are honest and courteous and deliver on time as promised. Most importantly, they will work with you to find solutions that that better fit your needs and budget. Finally, they are very skilled. They can make repairs that look like new without replacing the part.

Brianna Vilcek Cab electrical kept tripping fuse. He traced it to a chafed wire under the dash, repaired it, replaced fuse, and everything works now.

Marion Reynolds Rising Sun Automotive is the best. Sean and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car in yesterday and it was finished yesterday even though Sean told me it might take two days. I said to him maybe it is time for me to start looking for new car and he said my car still has a lot of years left. I have been going to Rising Sun since before Sean took over and I have always been treated will and fairly. I cannot express how wonderful the service is at Rising Sun.

John Free While traveling in an older BlueBird RV conversion, we had issues with our air brakes coming down from near Yosemite. Jack and his excellent crew were able and willing to tear into our brakes and effectively diagnose the issues and make repairs. We would certainly use them again if we are back in the Woodland area.

Sal Reyes YOLO Diesel Repair, Awesome company I ran into. Driver broke down in Dunnigan Ca, he limped to Yolo Diesel Repair they analyzed the problem and fixed it with no hassles. Spoke to Cinthia and she was very helpful. I would recommend this guys to anyone. They even took my driver to a Hotel and picked him up the next day. Thank you. CANNON TRUCKING

Michael Muniz I absolutely love Master Tech and trust them with my 2014 Mazda. I’ve had my car serviced three or four times now; every experience has been relatively quick and pleasant. I see reviews on here making comments about the front desk staff. In my opinion, they are super, kind, and thoughtful. I’ve only seen them get a little ruffled when people approach the counter with an attitude or when they (the customer) don’t answer BASIC questions effectively. In any case, I’ve lived in Woodland for about a year and a half now. I would send any visitors or transplants to Master Tech with great confidence they will receive top notch service.

jake thungh I sent my SUV in for spark plugs and coils to be replaced. They got the job done and started the SUV and it seems to be running good. I drove half way home and I got over heated. Smokes coming from the front. I stop immediately and pulled over. Poped the hood and saw the heater valve was broken and all the coolant was gone. Now my SUV is in another shop for engine rebuild. It is possible that the broken heater valve was caused by the mechanic. What I should have done was to throughly check everything and run it to temperature and make sure no fluids leaking before I took off.
