1 /5 Chris P: I have been using Precession Auto for years, but it is not the same reliable place. Two vehicles in less than two months, both were unsatisfactory results. First vehicle was a $199.00 diagnostics service but the tech found a broken compressor harness and stopped working on the vehicle so the technician could not get all the diagnostic work done. they could not find the replacement part and asked me if I wanted to locate one. So I ordered the $15.00 dollar part and replaced it in 15 minutes. So I spoke with the owner and he agreed to put some that diagnostic payment towards a second vehicle with similar issues. Replaced a few items that I directed them to charged another diagnostic fee plus labor to replace the two items I suggested may be the problem. They applied a small credit towards the $500.00 dollar invoice. And the A/C system worked one day and now everything has to be replaced. Contaminant were left in the system and destroyed compressor, condenser, Dryer, expansion valve, and hoses. Complete overhaul. More $2,500.00 to fix. I will never use them again. And I would get a second opinion before you trusted them with your vehicle.
Our money back for second vehicle would be a fair outcome, minus any parts.
