The silk nails are really lovely too and Id recommend them for anyone who gets gels on a regular schedule. Shes also been very open to talking things out when Im not sure what I want and I always come out happy!

5 /5 Lotus: Mai is a diamond in the rough. To be honest, so many nail techs are racist and refused to do my nails or did things to make me run. I have never felt a racist vibe from Mai. She has a good spirit and she does a beautiful job. Im surprised how strong my nails are. They look natural and I get compliments on them. She provides a relaxing environment and if you want conversation youll walk away feeling good.

The toilet was a complete disaster—water was flushing out of the bowl and flooding the bathroom floor. It was unsanitary, unpleasant, and downright unacceptable. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, no immediate solution was provided, leaving me to deal with the mess. For a hotel of this standard, I expected basic functionality in the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the facilities.
