5 /5 Enedina Rubio: I see Anne Minard at Dr. Sanchez office. I have seen her for many years and can truthfully say that she is an amazing caring person. She takes time with you and sets up what needs to be done immediately. I hate that I had to change doctors as I moved to the high desert but I kept going down to see her for a year. Insurance insisted on a doctor up here.

5 /5 Gabriel: Dr. Elias Sanchezs team are amazing and give treatment with care. My aunt went to see him when she was in bad shape with her health and he literally brought her back to life with her health being increased, diabietes in check, and she now has energy to do things around the house. I was so excited about her recovery that I decided to change my health care provider to Dr. Sanchez. I havent had any issues with him or his staff. In regards to the previous 1 start rating below i want to say that i completely understand about lunch periods for doctors offices being between 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. as a norm. I work in the workers compensation field and Its standard for lunch periods to be about 2 hours long for the whole office to eat which is why they have an exchange dept to help with messages or a staff member to assist with general questions so I wouldnt hold that against them. I would recommend this clinic/health provider to others definitely and if you have to wait for an appointment with Dr. Elias Sanchez trust me its well worth it.

1 /5 Hector: Wanted to put my work insurance to good use so I searched around my area, found Dr. Sanchez who had mixed reviews but I decided to give him a try anyways. Glad to say I didnt even get the chance to be disappointed. I called around 12pm and asked to make an appointment as a new patient, they said the person in charge of that is out to lunch and will be back until 130pm the lastest. I never heard of an hour and a half of lunch time but fine, I called back at 1:45pm and the same person told me to call back until after 2pm because the appointment person is not back yet. What a joke, Im glad this happened so I dont waste my time with them.

Amin Momeni: They keep sending me bills in the mail for an annual check up thats covered 100% by insurance. Tried to resolve this issue with them, but they dont respond to my emails/phone calls. Next time you go in for a visit, know that it doesnt matter if you mention you are there for an annual check up a thousand times to everyone you see in their office because they are going to charge you and your insurance for a 5 min visit where the physician does not even know how to use a manual blood pressure device.

melody esparza: Ive had Dr. Guillermo Gomez for quiet a long time. He has delivered all four of my children. He is also my childrens pediatric. Ive never had a problem with their office or medical staff. His office is very organized and all of his staff are extremely nice. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their office and so far everyone that I have referred to his office are extremely satisfied. Its really sad to see someone post a negative review on him. He is such an amazing Dr.! Dont let any negative reviews keep you from going to his office.... FYI: whoever posted that his office smells like poop it was your upper lip you were smelling#justsaying#

Doctor denied my husband care because his appointment was pushed out far and lost his prior PCP and ran out of meds and in my asking questions, the staff was rude and told me that he should have thought about his medication running out before making an appt. I became upset with her rudeness and complete lack of concern and was hung up on. I tried to get a managers email and they refused. My husband gets a call that the doctor canceled his appt and to go back to his primary who moved out of state.

Karlie Ferem: Wouldn’t see my son because he’s 3 months, so not sure why they don’t put that they don’t see pediatric patients? Makes no sense if you’re an urgent care to refuse service to my 3 month old and tell us to go to the ER and wait all day just because he’s constipated!!! Another urgent care said yes we’ll take him right now. So clearly this urgent care just doesn’t care about patients and would rather a 3 month old just be miserable at an ER for hours and catch an illness from sitting in there all day. Wild to me how healthcare can pick and choose who they want to treat and say they’re “better suited” to go to ER because your providers are incapable of doing their job.
