Everyone in the office is super nice and accommodating and make the whole process move so smoothly. The owners Randy and Gigi are very knowledgeable, honest and are great to work with. 1 /5 Juan Rivera: Find a different body shop! Took my car in after I was rear ended. Finally got my car back two months later after I was told it would take 3 weeks to fix. When I do get it back the trunk does not even close properly. After closer inspection, the latch that was damaged was not even replaced. If they didnt take the time to fix the obvious broken pieces, cant imagine how the painted portions were "fixed". I would not return to this place even if they paid me. Save your time, money and headaches and go elsewhere.

Gigi and her employees were professional, fast, and friendly and they did great work on my Honda Pilot. My insurance company has worked with many times and had no problems getting my insurance company to work with them. Great people, great experience!

5 /5 Daniel Stamos: I had a great experience with Lito Auto Body. They were able to take my car in months sooner than other shops in the area. When I dropped my car off, they had Enterprise pick me up for the rental. Carrie at the front desk kept me informed throughout the entire process of what was going on with my car and when it would be ready. They replaced a bumper on my car and it looked like it was brand new again!
