2 /5 Heather Ishida: Unfortunately I had a bad experience here despite the great reviews at Lisas. I came in for a gel manicure and called before I went in to make sure there was space for me. I got seated right away and there were several staff members available for services. The ambiance was nice and the space looked clean. The nail tech cut my nails very short and not all nails were cut straight. Every finger on my left hand was bleeding after the cuticle trimming. There is some polish on my skin around the nails. There are also gaps on some nails where polish was not completely applied. I felt really sad with this experience since I do not often get my nails done. Im sure my cuticles were more work since I dont typically cut them back, but I have had plenty of positive experiences at other nail salons. I didnt get the name of my nail tech. I wouldnt come here again, although there seemed to be many other nail techs available who may complete their work differently. I hope others have a better experience.
