I came in for a fill and a pedicure — the place is really clean and the people here are really nice. I got my toes done first and it was a pleasant experience; my toenails were filed down nicely just the way I like it and wasn’t hurt in the process. The woman who did my pedicure was soft and careful! My fill took a little longer because the place I had went to 2 weeks ago did a bad job. The woman who worked on my nails today took her time and fixed my nails — she definitely put in some work (truly appreciate it!). My nails are now looking NIIIICE and are not thick (huge huge point for me). Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place. Will definitely be coming back!

I think the woman who did my nails is Tuvy, and she was patient and kind, as well as knowledgeable. She kept asking if she was doing it how I wanted them done and coming from other disappointing experiences, this was a breath of fresh air. They made my day and saved my life, since it was so hard to find someone who could make the design I wanted.

Lyndsie: I’ve been here several times because it’s convenient for me, but I just can’t come back anymore. My nails end up looking pretty, but they are always SO RUSHED which leads to low quality work at times. Today, they cut me twice (I know it happens sometimes) but there was no apology at all, and I feel like that’s the least they could have done. In addition, they do NOT follow basic health safety protocols that are in the best interest of everyone. They’ve constantly grabbed items from bins labeled “soiled” (yes, it’s happened multiple times that I’ve been; every time except once actually), and their establishment is not kept to a high cleanliness standard. The floors are always really dirty, and so are the counters. I gave this business multiple chances because of convenience and because I know that mistakes happen, or I thought maybe it was just one or two people grabbing from soiled containers, but it seems to be almost everyone. I love supporting small businesses, so I hate to leave this review, but I had to be honest so others can hear my experience and observations while making their choice of where to get their nails done. Hopefully the owner can read this honest review and implement some new employee trainings/protocols.

They take their time on removing dead skin and leave your feet soft and moisturized. It was my boyfriend’s first time and he loved it! The mimosas are the icing on the cake! Angelica Flores: Most luxury spot I’ve been to. Got a gel pedicure and it is the best pedicure experience I have had in Fresno. This place is worth the extra $10-15 with tip compared to other places. They are boujee, clean, and very sweet. You are treated like they are excited to see you and that makes the experience more comfortable. They’re very thoughtful about choosing polishes and make sure you’re confident about your choice. Other places give me anxiety and the workers are blatantly rude :( I’m making this my new nail spot ♡

Cassidy Conroy: Cons: Dirty salon. My nails were filed too thin and burned badly when acrylic was applied (before gel polish/UV). Tech only used her nails to push back my cuticles and it hurt. Left with glue all over my fingers. Sat me at the kids table? Pros: My tech was quiet and friendly, I was helped quickly. Nails turned out looking good. Left wishing I had a better experience. Will be going somewhere else next time.

I said its ok Nevermind as I was leaving she askef if i had gel.... i said yes but i can go somewhere else.... then she changed her mind. I stayed but Im sure theyre talking bad about me! While the nail guy is arguing with the girl about how many coats of polish he did.... in Uncomfortable!

Jackie A: Save yourself the money and time and don’t come here. I’ve been going here for years but this was my last time. See photo below for photos. Asked for a polish French and they rushed through: the polish was clumping and uneven as I sat for the recommended time. The nail tech removed an ingrown nail from my toe without my consent. Further, nail techs are generally not licensed or qualified to make this kind of removal. The same man scrapped underneath my nail so hard I almost jumped out of my seat. Finally, the hygiene practices here are awful. Techs use their bare and long nails to scrape the sides of polish or gel off your nails or if they do wear gloves, they touch your feet with gloves, then touch other items they use on ever client line the tub of sugar scrub thrown in an a baby formula tub. Finally, I asked about the 15% off attached to the business information on google - they didn’t honor that discount. Goodluck to anyone who goes here! :)
