2 /5 Amanda Roe: Edit to add* It’s only been two weeks and my nails have chipped in multiple places. I’ve gotten acrylics for over 5 years at this point and have never had such poor quality. Genuinely awful product I was so excited after seeing the other great reviews but my experience fell short. I’ve been twice, and both times I was cut by the nail tech. I have gotten an acrylic fill by two different techs, thinking the first time was a one-off situation but nope. They don’t have many color options for gel, and when I didn’t like the first color I picked on my nail (one nail for sample) I asked for another orange color and instead the tech brought me a pink option that wasn’t even close to what I asked for. Sure it’s one of the more affordable places, but you get what you pay for.

My best advice for new customers is to go right when they’re open because it can get very busy & I always get treated very well and have friendly conversations with the kind lady’s there. For a small salon I am very impressed in the nail work that the employees can do here the quality the time the environment is great. There Very reasonable fair enough prices makes me more comfortable to tip them. Love coming here! - Amy

Cassidy Conroy: Cons: Dirty salon. My nails were filed too thin and burned badly when acrylic was applied (before gel polish/UV). Tech only used her nails to push back my cuticles and it hurt. Left with glue all over my fingers. Sat me at the kids table? Pros: My tech was quiet and friendly, I was helped quickly. Nails turned out looking good. Left wishing I had a better experience. Will be going somewhere else next time.

I said its ok Nevermind as I was leaving she askef if i had gel.... i said yes but i can go somewhere else.... then she changed her mind. I stayed but Im sure theyre talking bad about me! Jackie A: Save yourself the money and time and don’t come here. I’ve been going here for years but this was my last time. See photo below for photos. Asked for a polish French and they rushed through: the polish was clumping and uneven as I sat for the recommended time. The nail tech removed an ingrown nail from my toe without my consent. Further, nail techs are generally not licensed or qualified to make this kind of removal. The same man scrapped underneath my nail so hard I almost jumped out of my seat. Finally, the hygiene practices here are awful. Techs use their bare and long nails to scrape the sides of polish or gel off your nails or if they do wear gloves, they touch your feet with gloves, then touch other items they use on ever client line the tub of sugar scrub thrown in an a baby formula tub. Finally, I asked about the 15% off attached to the business information on google - they didn’t honor that discount. Goodluck to anyone who goes here! :)

Sarah Morozov: I had a wonderful experience at New Look Nails. I was able to secure an appointment the same day I called. The salon is easy to find and very clean. I was welcomed when I walked in. I immediately took a seat and eas asked to pick my color. Ben has excellent drummel skills and took care in soaking off the old powder in preparation for new powder. He chatted with me while he worked. Which is rare! I am very happy with the entire experience and will be returning in about 2 weeks for another fill.
