He records a full video of what he sees during the inspection, explains everything in plain language, and gives you all the options—whether you want to fix it now or just drive off and wait. That kind of transparency and respect is rare in this industry. I had engine and transmission fluids changed, and he also spotted a minor coolant leak—didn’t push any unnecessary repairs, just told me what to watch for. Recurring customer right here—definitely coming back for all my GTI needs. This is the kind of place that earns your trust.

Had a great understanding of Subarus and knew some likely issues based on a quick phone call that other mechanics didn’t. Even sent me photos of what the problems were. 10/10.
