From the very beginning, Anthony, one of their team members, demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He consistently kept me informed about the progress and developments concerning my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. Before visiting JTs Auto Repair, I had consulted with two other highly reputable mechanics regarding an issue with my vehicle. Both mechanics informed me that the problem was too complex for them to handle. However, they both recommended JTs Auto Repair, which speaks volumes about the reputation and expertise of JTs in the Automotive repair industry. Upon my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing offered. The owner of JTs Auto Repair personally attended to my vehicle, and I was informed that he possesses exceptional skills, which indeed proved to be true. He was able to resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, which made the experience even more positive. The combination of their expertise, fair pricing, and excellent customer service has left a lasting impression on me. I am more than happy to give JTs Auto Repair a five-star rating across the board, as they truly deserve it for their exceptional service. Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. 5 /5 G Shew: I used to bring my car to the Quality auto repair shop on 19th and Kirkham, but they shut down. In search of another auto mechanic, I recently had some work done by these guys. I have to say I was impressed with the service and cost of the repairs. The staff was very helpful in helping me understand the issues with my car and performed the work very quickly. It was nice to know I can call ahead and make an appointment for my repairs if needed too. There were honest and did some extra inspections on the car at no charge to ensure it was running properly. Thank you!

1 /5 Fiona Duerr: I’m disappointed to be writing this. I’ve gone to JT Auto for years. Prices are high, but they are honest and conveniently located. For reference, they charge $180 just to read a check engine light, something you can do yourself at AutoZone for free. Recently, I had a more serious issue and was on a tight timeline. JT diagnosed the problem and upsold me on additional services, promising my car would be ready by the end of the day. I waited all day with no update. At closing, they said it wasn’t ready. At 7:30 p.m., they told me they had removed and broken the distributor, something they had never mentioned, and I couldn’t take the car home. I understand things happen, especially with older cars, but the lack of communication is what led to this one-star review. They later offered to come in on a holiday to fix it. I called to let them know I would find another solution and asked them to call me back to confirm. I never heard back. Three days later, I had to call them for an update. No one had reached out, and I still had no idea what was happening. When I finally picked up the car, the bill was $300 higher for a part they had broken as part of an upsell. Did not offer a discount. Barely an apology. JT- don’t overpromise and underdeliver. And if you do, own it and make it right. This whole experience left me feeling uneasy and undervalued. I won’t be back.

Also conveniently located so if it’s a quick fix you can always walk to a coffee shop or restaurant nearby while you wait :) Fair pricing and friendly service, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy shop in the area.
