    Nicole Clark: Horrible!!! Do not take your vehicle here to smog. My father brought his vehicle here to smog. Technician Brandon stated the car passed but he couldnt hook up to DMVs system and after 4 attempts he is now locked out of system. Charging him $71.00 Claiming this is an issue with his car and recommending a shop his uncle owns to address it. Instead my father took it to a different smog shop and passed with no issues hooking up to dmv. Seems suspicious to me.

    Ahnjaelee: I bought a brand new car because I dont want a headache on used cars. I had a routine maintenance, strong burnt oil smell and a lot white smoke coming out of my hood when I was going home from work. When I opened the hood the engine oil cap is not on and the engine bay is full of oil. Had to tow my car to the dealership & they said they fixed it. I had to come back the next day because theres still white smoke. They fixed and washed it. After 2 weeks CEL so I came back and recommended replacing the O2 sensor which was ordered & they will call me so I can come back. So I am driving my car with a check engine light. I wonder what would be next? All these things just because of a messed up routine maintenance. Going back and forth 24miles each visit plus waiting atleast 2-3 hours, paying extra for my baby sitter, spending more on gas, late for work, so much anxiety, plus driving a vehicle with uncertainty. Please do not go to this dealership.
