Wesley Gosnell MCM Jobes helped with completing the brake and light inspection on my salvaged Suzuki Cappuccino. They went above and beyond with my inspection - which is especially important with my gray market import vehicle. I was sent back with a few repairs to complete, but was provided a reasonable repair window to return without reinspection fees. Overall highly recommended for both niche and normal vehicles

Nancy Howell Been going to MCM Jobes since moving here in 2003. They took great care of my 1999 VW bug which I finally sold in 2017. They now service my 2017 Toyota IM and also my husbands 2003 Toyota Tacoma which is in perfect condition. The guys are always pleasant, informative and very honest. We have never had any issues with their work. Thanks guys!

Phillip Pei Drew saved me. My car died, couldn’t be jumped. Called Drew, he suspected quickly it was the alternator, and he quickly gave me a quote for replacement. His price was very fair. I called around and his price was actually better than local shops, and i wouldn’t have to pay for a tow truck or wait a few days for a shop’s availability. You can tell Drew is very reasonable and doesn’t like to do things the vehicle doesn’t need. He triple checked and ran diagnostics to make sure it was my alternator and not my battery. When he was doing the work, you can tell Drew is very confident, knows what hes doing, and has all the right tools to install and uninstall parts of the engine. He was very careful and didn’t take shortcuts. When he was done, he charged me less than he originally quoted because he got it done faster than he expected. After he was done there was an issue with the radio since the car was rebooted and drew didn’t hesitate to meet up right away again and help me take care of it. He swears a lot at the engine while he’s working on getting parts out but never loses his cool. Thank you Drew!

Leslie My car was hit and the insurance recommended me G&C Auto Body for the repairs. I was able to make an appointment with them, got my car checked, reassured through the process of what was going to happen with the repairs, when my vehicle would be ready and the estimated cost with Elliot. After I left and got my rental, I received a call the next day saying my car would be ready by 4pm for pick up. I went to pick up my car, Elliot went through everything with me, the changes that were made, the final costs, and even returned my rental for me (it was only two businesses down). Everyone was great, front desk and technicians, and they even washed my car! It was cleaned inside and out and it was unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you G&C Team :)

Mike DeMartino Some of the nicest guys I know. They know what they’re doing. Had them do 2 different repairs this month. Both times, they were able to schedule me in a timely manner, perform the repairs correctly, quickly, and for significantly less than other shops in the area quoted me. They also took care of a few extra issues for me while they did the work.

Brandon Ottosen I stopped by Third Street Auto Repair when the AC in my truck suddenly stopped working. They got me in right away and had everything they needed—parts and equipment—on hand to take care of it. Within about 30 minutes, I was back on the road with ice-cold air blowing again. Great service, fast turnaround, and very professional. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Third Street Auto!

Nicole Clark Horrible!!! Do not take your vehicle here to smog. My father brought his vehicle here to smog. Technician Brandon stated the car passed but he couldnt hook up to DMVs system and after 4 attempts he is now locked out of system. Charging him $71.00 Claiming this is an issue with his car and recommending a shop his uncle owns to address it. Instead my father took it to a different smog shop and passed with no issues hooking up to dmv. Seems suspicious to me.

Gerry Ger My truck broke down and after calling 15-20 goofballs who did not return calls/texts and/or did not want to work I found Josh about 20 miles away and he was very nice and helpful. He offered to come out right away and get me going or I could wait until the next afternoon. He ordered the parts right away and he was at my truck the next day at noon fixing it up. Josh saved me $450 by letting me know I could wait a half of day and the parts would be at his house rather than having to drive for 3 hours picking them up that night. He fixed the alternator and belts and also looked at a couple other things and gave me advice on all my questions. He was and is a real professional and knows how to treat people and do his job well. I am from Milwaukee WI and he saved me from going to a dealer and waiting in line for a week or two while sitting in a hotel. Lastly he has great character because I am sure most truck service places would have charged the $450 and just said they had to pick up the parts. Thank You Josh and the total price was right on too.

Derk and Jennifer and the amazing folx at selbach have been really good to me and my vehicle and have never just tacked on parts that werent needed. My vehicle is driving tip top, and they have a customer for the long haul, definitely recommend checking them out for your german car repair needs!

Tiffany Chan Fuentes One of the most disappointing experience of my life. I dropped off my car to get worked on. During the course of waiting on a part that was ordered, that never arrived, so they said. My car was parked outside for a month unattended and got hit with damages the shop is not taking responsibility for. Do not take your car here they do not care for your property nor customer values. Sadly they have 5stars. I am definitely calling the better business bureau, and taking them to small claims court because this is not ok. I hope no one ever have to go through this.

I have 3 old school cars I send to them when ever they need work he’s brought my 1986 mustang back from the dead with ease and my newer cars are well looked after in his care

Mr. FJ Martinez, 3rd Took my truck in because it stopped running owner/mechanic said he replaced the ignition rotor the rotor was not the problem although the truck ran there was a spark plug wire that was left disconnected I found the issue after I got home and was inspecting under the hood! DON’T TRUST THIS SHOP! They’ll smile while they lie and rip you off!!!

Vicki Poli This is the 3rd time Ive used Soscol Autobody to repair damage to one of my vehicles. Always quality work, professional and friendly staff, and a great locally owned company. Plus they washed my car! Highly recommend them if you need body repairs done to your vehicle.

Ricardo Caires Took my van to have a sliding door replaced,told them I wasn’t using my insurance to cover for the damage and If they could give a decent price since I was paying out of pocket…appraisal came out and took a look at my van an asked me if I had 6k and I respectfully said no then the appraisal with a “half smile on his face” said he wouldn’t waste his time writing up an estimate and walk away… not what I expected at all from a local business…then took my van to Napa collision center (across from Walmart) I was very welcomed ( offer me coffee or water) told them the same thing I told to previous business, then they give me an estimate on the spot and charged me a little less than 4K ..I was shocked with their professionalism..5 stars to Napa collision center and zero for soscol auto body ..

Their friendliness is heartwarming. They fit my daughters VW Bug in for an emergency diagnosis without notice. If you want the BEST foreign car repair, B&B is the only place I recommend in Napa! Dillon Brever Put new tires on my car at Americas Tire and came here after to get an alignment. Seems simple enough, but they didnt help the in any way seeing as they made it significantly worse. The mechanic even tried to blame it on the tires and tried to convince me that moving the tires from the front to the back was the problem. Kind of funny that Ive never heard of rotating brand new tires. Thats because it doesnt exist. They ended up saying that its my fault that they dont know how to do it right. Now Ive got a sedan that in order to go straight the steering wheel is aimed at the drivers side mirror. Oh, it also handles poorly now, especially at highway speeds. Steer clear of this shop, pun most certainly intended, if you value your time, vehicle, and money. Laughable business. Update: The owner calls me and says that they saw this Google review and want to tell me why Im wrong. Thats not how you do business let alone improve an experience from a review. I said I was not interested in speaking to them and hung up. He immediately calls back. Arrogantly attempting to coerce someone into changing a review about THEIR OWN experience is unacceptable and an act of harassment. I dont even feel safe now that they have my information. For good measure, its not like Im a person who know nothing about vehicles. Id do not myself but obviously no one has to means to align a car in their driveway. Even if I was somehow wrong (which Im not) this shop and its unbelievable behavior from the mechanic/owner have earned them a poor review. I now have wasted my time, money, and patience, and I still have to pay someone else to correct their simple mistakes.

MikkuMikaYT 2! My Ladies car broke down on the way out of town after working Bottle Rock. It was Memorial Day weekend so nothing we could do on Monday. Tuesday rolls around and we get ahold of Alias. After some what could it be banter. He gets his tow truck to pick up her car. This was all around 10:30 am. They diagnosed the car with a bad alternator. They gave a very reasonable price. My Lady was on the road by 1:30 pm!! It could have been such a hassle but they made it super easy. Highly recommended them. Very grateful for their work and friendly customer service!

Timothy Satyr Been hearing alot of accounts around town that they will take advantage of people that are down on their luck. They will scam poorer customers by luring them in with a price. They will take the customers money. Then they will increase the quote and when the customer cant pay immediately they will put a lein on the customers vehicle. Layers stealing from people who have absolutely no way of defending themselves, and once they get your car in their shop you have lost it for good. Everyone is going through tough times in America and you have the government and scumbags like these making things worse for everyone. I would steer clear of these thieves
