The local Nissan service center turned us away but these folks didn’t. They were very nice and the gentleman’s name who I can’t recall took time to inspect our vehicle and chat with us. Would recommend from a customer service aspect without a doubt.

Picked up my vehicle today and I am shocked at how incredible it turned out. As I said I have no other body shop experience but I didn’t know a car could be “fixed” so well. Leslie: My car was hit and the insurance recommended me G&C Auto Body for the repairs. I was able to make an appointment with them, got my car checked, reassured through the process of what was going to happen with the repairs, when my vehicle would be ready and the estimated cost with Elliot. After I left and got my rental, I received a call the next day saying my car would be ready by 4pm for pick up. I went to pick up my car, Elliot went through everything with me, the changes that were made, the final costs, and even returned my rental for me (it was only two businesses down). Everyone was great, front desk and technicians, and they even washed my car! It was cleaned inside and out and it was unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you G&C Team :)

Nicole Clark: Horrible!!! Do not take your vehicle here to smog. My father brought his vehicle here to smog. Technician Brandon stated the car passed but he couldnt hook up to DMVs system and after 4 attempts he is now locked out of system. Charging him $71.00 Claiming this is an issue with his car and recommending a shop his uncle owns to address it. Instead my father took it to a different smog shop and passed with no issues hooking up to dmv. Seems suspicious to me.
