I have been going to Angel the only nail stylist that works there for the past 11 years never had I ever had a problem with my nails and always spend 100+ anytime I told her I didn’t like them or if she could add or change, she would never had a problem until yesterday September 11, 2024 went to get my nails done like I usually do every two weeks and when I went to tell her that I didn’t like something on my nails mind you I showed her the picture before I asked her to do the set. She told me she could do it When we were finished it wasn’t what I wanted so I asked her if she could fix it. I’m a rhinestone girl and a nail art person so all I did was ask her if she could add a couple rhinestones to fill out the butterfly so they can look like butterflies they didn’t look like butterflies at all she upfront told me no I’m not doing it it’s too much if you want it you’re gonna pay more we had already agreed on a price when I showed her the inspiration picture I had no rhinestones on my nails and the picture I showed her had rhinestones and flowers again when I asked her can you please fix it. It’s what I’m paying for. She told me it’s too much. I’m not gonna do it , so I told her you know what I’m sorry I do not like them. I Don’t like them. proceeds to grab my hand and yank me towards her so hard my phone went flying. My AirPods went flying. She knocked over all of her nail powders and equipment in the process of yanking me towards her. She broke my phone screen and threaten to cut my nails off I told her no we don’t need to cut them off. I just want them to be fixed a little bit, then proceeded to start breaking her equipment i got up and walked out. I did not pay for her services. She was very unprofessional very disrespectful and she laid her hands on me again I spend over $120 with her each time I go get my nails done , I will never go to her again after 11 years. I have never been treated the way she treated me. And I am a very loyal client I have never in years, went to another nail tech, and now I have too jump around and find a new nail tech.i had to go to the nail salon down the street to get my nails fixed. An I’m currently replacing my phone screen NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY WITH YOU ANGEL….

The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a fantastic selection of colors and services to choose from.
My nail technician was incredibly skilled and took the time to make sure my nails looked absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and care was exceptional, and I truly felt pampered throughout my visit. My nails turned out flawless and have lasted beautifully!

Velvette Nail Studio - Chula Vista Bianca Reynoso: I have been following Montse from all the different locations since 2015. She is the only one who has been able to get my nails how I truly want them. Her attention to detail, the time she takes, and her own self reflection on her work truly shows. The nail studio is clean, spacious, and has so much variety for nail techs to do any design you may please.
Lisas Nails and Spa - Chula Vista Ciara Stafford: I had a great experience here! Very clean, friendly and have good chairs that massage good too! The prices are good and my pedicure was good! My first time here. I will definitely be back.
iNails and Spa 2 - Chula Vista Jody Clark: Happy I came here! My nail tech was very nice. I showed her what I wanted and got exactly that! I love that she used different techniques to try and get the right shading and blending for the base of my nail. I didn’t get her name but she was amazing! I’m definitely will be coming back here!
World Nails & Spa - Chula Vista Melissa smith: 45$ for basic gel polish manicure. Last place I went made the almond shape uneven, she was able to fix the shape and make everything even. The only thing I wasnt thrilled with the old gel polish removal, they used the Dremel tool instead of soaking off. Happy with the outcome, would return.
Otay Nail and Spa - Chula Vista Ashlee Westmoreland: Nail tech seemed nice at first but is very pushy and rough if you don’t take her recommendations. She cut me after immediately starting my pedicure. From there she didn’t do much of what was listed on the service sheet. She didn’t clean my cuticles at all. She cut my nails filed them and immediately began painting them. After she painted them she was very rough in scrubbing my feet and going through the motions of applying the lotion literally took her 15min to do my pedicure. I finished before a lady that had been there long before me. She wanted to do an overlay for my manicure and I didn’t want that she insisted and I said no thank you. She began to roughly trim my nails and cuticles. She painted them tried to fix one that she smudged but did a bad job. I sat and let my nails dry for 10 min as instructed. My nails smudged as soon as I got in the car. Other techs seemed nice and thorough. However this is my first and last time at otay nails
Elina Nails - Chula Vista Kalyn Gomez: I love coming here. Im always treated with respect and everyone is so nice and accommodating of my kids. They always do so good on helping get rid of the ingrown toenails I have. The building is always clean and they use cleaned materials.
Lannees Nails & Spa - Chula Vista Dawn Redd: I love my Mani/pedi shop! A little pricey, but worth it. I only get my nails and feet done once a month. I rarely break a nail! Clean shop!
