1 /5 Tracy Moreno: I do not recommend this salon. The lady that did my toes didnt even know how to do any toe design except one flower. The guy that did my fill was horrible. Nails are uneven and he cut my side pinky and was very rough. While I was getting my pedicure the nail guy is trying to do my nails Im turned sideways very uncomfortable didnt even get to enjoy my massage which was 2 strokes down each leg she didnt even massage my feet. I DO NOT recommend this salon.. Waste of money!!!

5 /5 Giovanna: Wonderful experience. I got a non gel mani and pedi and i was pleasantly surprised. The mani lasted longer than i though and didnt chip until after 2.5 weeks! And my toes well, they still look fresh! Maria was so wonderful and provided both services for me. Shes such a kind person and super sweet. I loved the complimentary wine and overall ambience. It was so relaxing.

Ashlee Westmoreland: Nail tech seemed nice at first but is very pushy and rough if you don’t take her recommendations. She cut me after immediately starting my pedicure. From there she didn’t do much of what was listed on the service sheet. She didn’t clean my cuticles at all. She cut my nails filed them and immediately began painting them. After she painted them she was very rough in scrubbing my feet and going through the motions of applying the lotion literally took her 15min to do my pedicure. I finished before a lady that had been there long before me. She wanted to do an overlay for my manicure and I didn’t want that she insisted and I said no thank you. She began to roughly trim my nails and cuticles. She painted them tried to fix one that she smudged but did a bad job. I sat and let my nails dry for 10 min as instructed. My nails smudged as soon as I got in the car. Other techs seemed nice and thorough. However this is my first and last time at otay nails

They offered to fix it, and it still looked the same. And all the manager offered was a sorry and a shrug,which does nothing to fix the problem. Pictures 1, 3, and 4 were the first attempt, and picture 2 is the "fix"

Cynthia Flores: I had given them a great review a while back but I’ve been consistently disappointed with service and quality the last few times. After this last service I will not be going back. I got a gel manicure a day before vacation and it looked nice. 2 days later (I was out of town already) one of the gels chipped. Then a few days after the gel edges started to lift a little and it just did not look nice anymore. I was gone for a week and went back to salon about 12 days after the service and I explained what happened but I was only offered excuses. No apologies and not even a discount for a redo. The tech said it was peeling because my nails were too thin (it had been 9 months since I had had gel and this had never happened to me before). But when he was removing the gel it literally just peeled away without any effort. That’s when he did say something about my base not being done right because he was able to just peel off. Still no apologies or discount. I paid for a new set plus gratuity. Photo is what they looked like on the day I went back to salon. There were a few chips on the other hand as well but not as much.
