1 /5 Jake: Really bad customer service and unprofessional! I called on Saturday, January 25, 2025 and asked about scheduling an oil change for the following Monday. The gentleman said if I showed up at 8 AM when they open that they would have me finished in an hour. I showed up at 7:55 AM and there was nobody in the store. I understand they open at 8 AM but usually there’s Employees there getting ready for the day. Someone showed up there at 8:02 AM. He then went to tend to other things and left the front desk unattended. He came back about 8:06 AM and just put a piece of paper on the desk with a pen and walked away. I filled out the paperwork and about 8:13 AM. Another gentleman came in and asked if I was there for an oil change? I Showed him my coupon and he said it does not include synthetic. If I wanted synthetic, it was more. I asked how much? He said he didn’t know, that I would have to talk to the owner. The owner wasn’t there, but the guy said he can get it started now, You wait For owner. I said I don’t want to start Without knowing the price, he said You wait for owner then. I said no I’ve already been waiting 15 minutes to be helped. That’s OK and I left. I don’t recommend this place.

5 /5 rhyder day: I went here a bit ago but didnt review because I had no clue how great this spot was until I had such an awful experience with another. We agreed on a price that seemed too good to be true for a Subaru. They called me and let me know they ran into unforeseen issues so it would take a bit longer. When I picked up my car, I was charged the same price as talked about, even though things had not gone nearly as smoothly as they wanted. The staff here was clear, communicative and honest. Did great work as well. Id only take my cars here from now on.

1 /5 Daniel Naulin: Did a terrible job on my 2011 Toyota Tacoma in 2022. I just found out they installed parts of my front end suspension backwards. Every warning light on the dash was on after the repair, I didn’t have time to bring it back in because I was moving to another state. Turns out all the ABS wiring was destroyed in the process, and it’s going to cost a lot of $$ to fix. Thankfully I’m in a place with honest and competent mechanics who alerted me to the problem. Would give zero stars if I could
