5 /5 Beverly Dube: Originally referred by a friend, which is always a good start. We have found Junior to be honest, reliable, and overall provides good service. They’re worth the 30-mile drive for us to get our Volkswagen serviced!

1 /5 Mattson Shaylin Rose (Shay): If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Yes they were great at diagnosis, but the way that the owner talks to females is beyond ridiculous. He told me to have my dad call the shop so he could explain the diagnosis to him. It was degrading and made me feel really awful. If you’re a female DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. It is HUMILIATING to be treated that way. After taking it to another mechanic the $3000 quote he gave me turned into a $650 fix. I was told by him my coils and spark plugs were fine when the second mechanic changed the coils that were WARPED AND WORN and my check engine light turned off. Smoother drive with no issues. I will NEVER be taking my car here again

ABC Auto Repair is the most honest, responsive and customer friendly repair shop I have ever used in my almost 50 years of driving. Junior, the shop manager, is the most honest and kind person. I came in with a newly purchased used Ford Truck. Unlike two other shops on Piner Rd that wanted to charge me over $300 just to look at the truck, Junior looked at it right away, and diagnosed the problem. He acknowledged to me that many of these auto repair shops take advantage of women; NOT ABC Auto. I will take all of my vehicles to ABC in the future.

Gave me an amazing price, beating the competitors by miles. I was explained what was being replaced and why all with an amazing attitude from anyone I spoke to at ABC. Feels good to have found a shop I know I’ll always come back to.
