5 /5 Pauline Marsh: Took my Ferrari 488 Spyder into One of a Kind Motors for a paint correction. There’s Prestige in front and One of a Kind Motors in the back so be sure to go to the back. LeeAnn helped me get situated and explained the different options I have for getting my vehicle into pristine condition. They measured the clear coat and we found out the car had been repainted. They only use top quality tools and I was impressed. The end product was comparable to a piece of glass. My Ferrari is black without metallic and there was not a single sand scratch on the vehicle. It took them two weeks and cost more than anyone has quoted me but now I understand why it cost that much. They really did put in the 80 hours they quoted. I can’t be happier and will be bringing the car back for a full clear bra.

5 /5 Marc White: I went in for a corner balance on my 488 and Andrew was awesome. I don’t think anyone in Thousand Oaks knows how to corner balance a Ferrari. I was going to corner balance the car without myself in it, but Andrew explained to me that in order for me to have an accurate balance I would have to take into factor my personal weight in the driver’s seat. He’s very technical and couldn’t be happier. I’m sure I can shave off some time at big willow! Thanks again 1OAK Motors!!!

After five minute sor so of talking to LeeAnn, I Knew I could rely on her to help me with my car. After they completed the work, tbey were sweet enough to deliver the car to my home. 5 /5 Jordan Harrison: Got my corvette paint corrected at 1oak and car came out looking like glass. not a single scratch was found on any part of the car. dont go to the other detail shops nearby these guys know what theyre doing. they only use the best chemicals and professional machines.

Wesley: I would recommend Advance Auto Repair and Towing to anyone who need their vehicle serviced or smog. Kevin is a great mechanic and a honest man! I bought a vehicle for my dad but the vehicle wasn’t smogged. So before heading to DMV by 9am, I stopped by Advance Auto Repair at 7:30am. They don’t start their service until 8am but David was super kind and helpful which we got the paper work all finished. Kevin smogged my vehicle and then did some observation of the vehicle. For $500, the vehicle was in great shape and passed smog! I was in and out and made it to DMV 30 minutes early which it only took me 15 minutes to register the car. Overall, I would recommend Advanced Auto Repair and Towing to anyone in need of car help. ^.^

This place refused to do the retest on these easy items he wanted 260.00 again for this. He didnt notify us that if it failed we would be charged again. This is how they stick it to you so avoid this place for their lack of information they give you.

Kelsey Waters: Absolutely horrible attention to detail. My car had front end damage from a tire tread hitting it on the freeway. Bumper cover was shattered, fender had a paint flaking off, and inner fender was destroyed. After the initial repair, the bumper fit terribly, the paint flaking on the fender was still there, and the seal that was between the bumper and hood was missing. I pointed this out to them and they assured me that it would be fixed. Upon picking up the second time, the bumper fit had improved, but the seal was still missing and the fender was installed with the paint still wet (or if painted in place, the bumper was installed with fender still wet), which caused the paint on the lower edge to smudge and smear upon contact with the reflector in the bumper cover. I called and left a voicemail upon pickup (after hours), letting them know that they still had not addressed the issues, and that they wont be seeing me again. Will be taking to another shop to complete the work.
