Since I couldn’t spend too much time due to my kids’ pickup schedule, I let Aaron know in advance—and he handled everything quickly and efficiently! The price was reasonable, the communication was smooth, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Tom and Bronwyn Couden: I visited the Davis repair center to relamp a passenger side headlight. I had scheduled the appointment online using the AAA app and when I arrived at the shop Bob was ready to check me in and start the service. The technician noticed my oil maintenance service light was on and offered to perform the service on the spot. Even though I declined it was a positive experience to have been offered to accomplish. After about a half-an-hour my car was ready to drive off.

5 /5 Michelle Ingah: The team there is very professional and knowledgeable. Tom was excellent in helping me get what I needed done. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The team there does not charge me for things I do not need. I will be taking my vehicles there for service from now on.

I am grateful to Bob for an excellent explanation of the recommended service and the effort he put into providing fast and efficient service. I also greatly appreciate the ride to/from the Center by Damian. Thanks guys—I am a happy forever customer!

1 /5 Ari Shapess: Took my car in to get a diagnostic, had a bad experience. Made an appointment before going in. Brought my car in on a Thursday morning and they called me Thursday evening to let me know they didn’t have a chance to look at it yet and wanted to hold onto it til Friday to do a diagnostic. Friday morning they called me and said they found an issue with my battery and that before they could do the diagnostic they needed to replace the battery for $400. I told them I wanted to see if I could get an estimate to replace the battery elsewhere before we continued which they seemed fine with. I called them back later in the day after I found a place that would do it for less than half the price and I asked them how it would work with me replacing the battery elsewhere and then bringing it back in for a diagnostic. They told me that the technician wouldn’t work on my car because I didn’t want (to overpay them) to replace my battery.
