1 /5 Jenn Marie: We dropped our new car off for an initial 3000 mile inspection at 8:30am, and they told us it would take one hour. Three hours later we asked for an update and they said they weren’t close to being done because of updates they had to do. Our house is 12 miles from the shop so they had their shuttle drop us off 2 miles from our house (they said they can’t go further than 10 miles) so we walked home. At 5pm they said they’d have to keep the car over night. The next morning they said we could pick up the car, but unfortunately never finished the updates the car needed stating they would “have to get Toyota involved to assist them”. This service center is frustrating to work with, and clearly do not care about their customers.
