Virginia Chavez: I started going to paulina in October of 2023 after a devastating divorce. I came in to feel better about myself in a rough time, and I am so grateful I did. I always receive the best care and customer service every time I stop by. I initially came to paulina with babylights and she was able to transition me to plantmum blond in multiple sessions per her advice. When I first came to her my hair was very dry and was not in the best condition, but she educated me on what products to use and helped me get my hair to a strong healthy state for being bleached. Her mother Rocio has also done work on my hair and I always love when she is around in the salon. Rocio is the sweetest, and makes the energy very warm and loving. I never dread my hair appointments because I always have a great time catching up with them. The salon is very clean and cozy. Paulina and I have done so many different things with my hair and tried lots of different colors, but the best part is she treats my hair with so much care that my hair quality is better than what I came with. Ive moved to south San Francisco and I still drive to paulina for my appointments. Charlotte: Went to V Beauty which was absolutly wonderful! And i dont say that lightly. Very relaxing professional facial and head massage/wash. Ladies there were so nice. Place was nice and clean. Definitely will be back to this little gem of a business to V Beauty. Bonus they take Venmo and other cardless payments. They are also right across the street from Costco so got gas and did some shopping while feeling fresh and pretty.
