Despite having visited this salon before, I was eager to address my growing gray hair. I scheduled a consultation with Daisy, providing her with reference images of my desired hairstyle. While I was cognizant that the final result may not be an exact replica of my vision, I was surprised by the significant deviation from my expectations.
this review was emotionally challenging, as I had believed Daisy had a clear understanding of the assignment and my aspirations for this new transformation. However, I am profoundly disappointed with the final outcome of my hair transformation.
Specifically, I had requested that a money piece be positioned on top of my hair and flow through the bottom, as illustrated in the picture I shared with her. After the hair was completed, I noticed that the top of my hair was gray, while the bottom and sides were significantly different. They did not blend well and were patchy, which did not look good after she blow-dried my hair. I asked her if there was a way to salvage the situation and try to blend the two strands to match the color of my bleached hair. Oh forgot the best part,, my appointment was at 9 a.m., and she had texted me that she would be running late. She arrived around 9:40 a.m. and immediately began working. When we discussed how to blend the two strands to match the color of my bleached hair, I felt that she was not fully committed to helping me. Instead, she seemed more concerned with prioritizing her next client.
I was slightly irritated and uncomfortable because I was on time for my appointment, and I know that as a professional hairstylist, she would inform her next client that she was running late. Consider that her client was sitting directly next to us while we were having this conversation, making it even more uncomfortable. When I informed her that the hair was not blended properly and that the top and bottom did not match, she attempted to explain that she did not like to do the toners and that it would be better to do the bleach melt, which I was unfamiliar with. my hair look like a hot mess at this point, I felt that as the hairstylist, she should be more knowledgeable about the best approach, I am not trying to leave the salon with patchy, uneven tones of bleach-dyed hair. I simply felt that the entire situation could have been significantly improved and more professional. My facial expression showed my dissatisfaction. She then suggested a few alternative solutions, and I agreed to the expedited route. However, I felt rushed because she was prioritizing her other client’s needs . Our conversation was overheard by others, which made me feel MORE uncomfortable and embarrassed. I simply wanted to leave the salon ASAP. I payed $255 for this !!!
I was left with no choice but to accept the alternative fast route, which I felt rushed and inadequate. I had hoped that she would have made an effort to rectify the situation. Overall, it was a big letdown. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the results and how it made me feel. 15 mins after I left, I text her stating how sad and upset I am with my hair. NO REPLY , NO RESPONSE . This is why I am here today making this uncomfortable review that I did not want to do. I wanted to make sure that no one else goes through what I went through.
Towards the end of everything, Daisy was so unprofessional .
Being late, she didn’t achieve what I consulted with her. I felt rushed, reached out to her to discuss this matter and no reply, the lack of professionalism. This was my gift for Mother’s Day from my husband and this is what I ended up getting
