Selah Williams: I was going here consistently for a couple months, and everytime was perfect except today. After driving all the way from santa cruz (about an hour with traffic) to go to my trusted eyebrow place, I went out of my way to have my eyebrows completely ruined. This girl who’s never done my brows before left them so INCREDIBLY THIN even though I specified I wanted only a clean up and to “not go too thin, leave them thick”. I grew out my brows for a month so they’d be perfect. This is gonna take 2 months to fix and regrow. She not only ruined my thick eyebrows, but also took 30 mins to do them painfully/slowly, and constantly touched my face with sweaty hands and no gloves. I didn’t say anything until I looked at my brows in the end and they looked horrendous. I’m not one to complain but these are the worst my brows have ever looked, I had an important event to go to and wish I would’ve just done them myself. She was either way too inexperienced to be performing that service on people, or just entirely terrible at it. It felt as though they let her practice on me. She shouldn’t be allowed to do eyebrows on anyone. Super regretful and disappointing experience.
Gabriela Davidson: This is the second Saturday in a row that I’ve come here and the door was locked with no one here even after waiting for 30 minutes.
