Trish Nieto: They never answer the phone nor do they clear the voicemail messages I mean, do they want business or what? I have yet to see the work they can do and they seem to be the only option of a place that I can go to considering the location where I live.
Kristi Walker Oldham: Clean and friendly salon. Katy is an awesome colorist and person. Mai is wonderful at hair and nails as well. I recommend you come give them a try.
Michele Livingston: Stacie is a Great Hair Stylist! I love what she does with my hair. I constantly get complete strangers stopping me when I’m out and about asking where I get my hair done and who does it. Get atmosphere! Stacie always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend.
Jeremy Hayes: Erica did a phenomenal job! The store was clean and organized. The employees were friendly and went above and beyond! 5 stars!!! Tammy does an amazing job, especially with children!!!
Angela Aguilar: This spa is one of a kind! Peaceful from the moment you walk in, its classy decor and neutral colors make you feel welcome and already pampered! The girls are very helpful and friendly! With all types of services offered and reasonably priced, you will have all your needs met and more. I would love to select more than 5 stars, if that were an option!
I scheduled my hair revamp with Erika. She was on time! I am sure many have a story to share about having to WAIT for your stylist - Not with Erika! Upon my arrival she was sure to hear my needs and goals for my hair, she was extremely helpful in explaining what was best and the realistic results expected. Her patience and attention to detail is what I loved most! I showed her a photo and wow, did she deliver! My hair was vibrant in color, feeling healthier than ever and I am loving it!!
My relationship with Trilogy does not end at hair. I have already scheduled some time for other services.

Stephanie Aguirre: The owner is very rude, she doesn’t know how to speak to a costumer . $400 for a Brazilian blowout.... I’ve had better estimates for $160 and with her attitude I would not waste my time or money on a place like that ... Next time you should treat your costumer with respect coming from a business person . I myself own my own business and I would never in my right my yell or disrespect my costumers . Always stay loyal .
