Selah Williams I was going here consistently for a couple months, and everytime was perfect except today. After driving all the way from santa cruz (about an hour with traffic) to go to my trusted eyebrow place, I went out of my way to have my eyebrows completely ruined. This girl who’s never done my brows before left them so INCREDIBLY THIN even though I specified I wanted only a clean up and to “not go too thin, leave them thick”. I grew out my brows for a month so they’d be perfect. This is gonna take 2 months to fix and regrow. She not only ruined my thick eyebrows, but also took 30 mins to do them painfully/slowly, and constantly touched my face with sweaty hands and no gloves. I didn’t say anything until I looked at my brows in the end and they looked horrendous. I’m not one to complain but these are the worst my brows have ever looked, I had an important event to go to and wish I would’ve just done them myself. She was either way too inexperienced to be performing that service on people, or just entirely terrible at it. It felt as though they let her practice on me. She shouldn’t be allowed to do eyebrows on anyone. Super regretful and disappointing experience.

Life Coach I had been a costumer for months before this visit. I went in and it was somewhat busy. I asked the girl who usually does my brows if she could do them for me and she said no. I told her I had no problem waiting for her if I had to but she still said she wasn’t going to do them and asked another girl to do them for me. I was about to leave at that point since she was pretty rude but I needed my brows to be done that day so I agreed to have them done bu someone else. The lady who did them for me left them SUPER thin even when I specified I only wanted a clean up. Then when she was done doing them, the girl who refused to do my eyebrows went up to me and said, she had to clean the blood on my brow. They cut me with the string and the scab lasted for about two weeks. I never got an apology for that. I tried to be respectful and just left but definitely never coming here again.

Ruby Romero I’ve always gotten my eyebrows waxed and my usual eyebrow technician was super booked this week and I needed them done for a party this week. I decided to try out threading here for the first time. I told the person doing them for a touch up and I came out with pencil thin eyebrows. I have very natural thick eyebrows and like to maintain a natural shape but this girl literally plucked all of my hair off and know I’m going to have to regrow them. I had also just finished regrowing them back because of a precious experience of someone over plucking them. Overall, please either be completely direct and repeat what you want or don’t go here if you don’t want half your eyebrow gone by the end.
