Jellie Buntan This review is for February 2020. I found Yuna through a friend referral and Im very picky about my hair cuts. I have Asian thick hair that weighs very heavy when it grows too long. I asked Yuna for long layers and to help my hair feel less heavy. She always knows what Im thinking about. There is a bit of a language barrier with Yuna but not too much (Korean dominant), but she always gets it my hair right! If you are picky about your hair and want modern style haircuts, want to support a small business, and have a less expensive haircut? Yuna is definitely the place!

Irhis Gail Cruz I was a walk in, came on a Monday morning at 11. I expected there to be a long wait time since I didnt have an appointment but they got me in a chair in 10 minutes to start my hair wash! I have been looking for a place that has experience with Asian hair as Im super picky. I wanted curtain bangs and long layers and can I just say that I AM IN LOVE. Haircut was $60. Place was beautiful. Im so glad I came!

Alice Chelsea Professional, knowledgeable, clean and friendly service. My daughter and I went for the first time as walk ins and Carol was very accommodating. We showed her the styles we were going for and she gave her expert advice on how to manage the looks with the type of hair we had. We loved the outcome of our haircuts and are definitely returning.

Saint Diego I love coming to this place; been a loyal customer over a year now. I like the customer service she provides and the professionalism she shows. I feel comfortable and confident when I come get a haircut here and come out feeling fresh and sharp. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family to come check this place out.

Erin Collins Bell did a lovely copper red color on my hair with balayage. She does an excellent job and knows how to use the curling iron perfectly. I love getting my hair done by Bell at Bell’s Hair Salon. I also had a keratin treatment by Bell. My hair came out so beautifully smooth and shiny. She is very nice and professional.

Lopez Erica I loved Giovanni work he is awesome. He goes above and beyond. I came in for highlights but after consulting with him we decided that it was best for me to get a treatment and die and cut instead . Because if I would of done what I had in mind my hair would not give and I would of damaged it. I loved how ihe put me first. Alot of times you go into a Salon just to make the sale they say yes. Giovanni helped me feel good about my decision and help me look better. I definitely recommend Giovanni also while I was here a girl came in with an Emergency her hair looked pretty bad and I could tell she felt really bad. Giovanni fix her hair and her soul. Everyone in the salon was in a WOW because she literally looked so beautiful and Classy. We both left with a smile.

He is always on time to start appointments and never rushes his work. He pays attention to detail, and offers great ideas/suggestions. He uses great, quality products and is very knowledgeable on hair care and best products for your type of hair.

Bridget Medina We had an appointment at 11am when we arrived the lady I spoke too over the phone wasn’t even there. The man in there told us he had to go pick her up because she didn’t drive so I asked how long that would take and he asked us in a rude tone “ tienen prisa” very bad experience and I do NOT recommend this place.

Random Thing I have curly hair and other salons always treat my hair poorly or very rough with it, but this salon was very nice and gentle! She took good care of my hair and didnt yank on it at all!! I would definitely come here again, very friendly and clean environment :D!!

Andrew Rodriguez I met Michelle at a local laundry mat one day. She approached me and told me she was a hairstylist and that she also did men’s haircuts and worked well with beards. She handed me her business card. Within that same week I gave her a chance and stopped by her hair salon. All it took was one that visit to keep me going back. She does a excellent job cutting hair and she makes sure you get taken care of all the way. Thanks, Michelle. You’ll always have my business.

Ligia Vega The lady who makes the acrylic nails is so rude. One week ago, I went to this place and I asked her in Spanish for a pedicure and she told me very rude to wait 45 minutes (outside the building) there were plenty of chairs available inside the place and she didnt have any clients at that moment. Yet, I thought maybe she only works with appointments. So, I went today with my kid around 2:45 pm to ask her for a full set of acrylic nails and told her that I would gladly wait for my turn. She was finishing with her client and ignore me for while with no response. Finally, she told me she did not have any space for me today. So I asked if I can make an appointment with her and she very rudely told me "No! not for you! ". She was not polite at all!

Ive referred this place to a couple of people and theyve all been really satisfied with the service they received. All the 3 ladies that work here all do a wonderful job. Adela is an artist, she does an awesome job with the permanent make-up. I would recommend this place and will continue to come in for services. I feel 100% satisfied.

After peering at peoples faces, eyeing their tattooed eyebrows & eyeliner I spotted a set of beautiful eyebrows and liners on a co-workers face. That is what led me to Adela for permanent makeup in Bellflower. Just about anyone with a little training can do tattooing. Adela is an artist and a perfectionist. She has a trained critical eye for what shape would enhance your face. She has done my eyebrows, eyeliners, eyeshadow and lip liner. When I go to her, I trust her completely and lay my face in her hands. Results are spectacular. I have sent many of my friends to Adela to correct various problems with their permanent makeup. She has done wonders for everyone. Another plus, her prices are very reasonable. A friend recently asked-she is so reasonable-is she any good? Samantha Metzner Both my boyfriend Alex and I feel so lucky to have found Oscars salon. We both have had nothing but positive experiences there. Oscar waited over an hour alone in his shop just so I could get a last minute trim before attending a wedding, and despite claiming a lack of expertise in mens fades, hes consistently given Alex the best, most sophisticated looking haircuts! The place is also well taken care of, and they even have a nail salon and skin care treatment services which I look forward to trying out. I truly never leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to support the few exceptional local businesses and authentic, passionate people that are still around today. I highly recommend this salon!

Shane Snyder I have been getting my haircut the same way for almost my entire life. Ive moved over 80 times so I always have to use a new haircut person. I never have a good experience and they always do it wrong. I always end up going home and shaving it all off. For years I decided I would never get a haircut again. I decided to take a chance at getting a haircut again and came into Reflections. Dawn and Myrna were so nice and stayed open late for me since I got there just before they were closing. They actually have the lost art of "customer service" that everyone seems to have forgotten. Dawn started cutting my hair after I gave her the same instructions I have given to everyone else and before she was even halfway done, I knew she was good and that it was going to go well. Seriously, I have had my hair cut correctly maybe 3 times in my whole life and Dawn did it PERFECTLY. I will never go to any other person for a haircut. I cannot recommend this place enough for their customer service/attitude, the prices ($15!) and their skills. This place should be rated way higher.

stacy bloom I went to Berthas for the first time today for a weave and a haircut. The consultation from Marisol was extremely helpful, she included me throughout the process. I have been having my hair weaved for 30 years and I have to say the experience I had was the most professional, warm environment in a very long time. SecurePine Didnt listen to what I wanted at all! I asked for it to be cut to my collar bone and she cut to the bottom of my jaw. Then threw some mousse and tossed my hair around and called it good. She didnt speak and English so I used a reference photo and hand signals to show long I wanted it and said that it doesnt have to match the reference photo, but it should be similar. It didnt even resemble the photo and she cut waaaaaayy to much. You butchered my hair. Terrible place!
