1 /5 Em Dee: Receptionists here are extremely rude. Today I dealt with a female receptionist that seemed mad at the fact she didn’t understand what I said. I had to explain to her again, which may have gotten her mad. Showing no professionalism, showed no manners, and literally hung up on me without saying a word. I confirmed my time visit and she just hung up. Very rude and not the first time I have dealt with her acting like this.

1 /5 Patricia Reisin: Went in because I was having a panic attack and was turned away by the rude receptionist because theyre overbooked. Before i went, i even called and the receptionist said theyre taking walk ins from 8 to 11 only. She could have said over the phone i wouldnt be seen! Health care here and this place is a damn joke.

1 /5 A Person: Very bad service from receptionist called LUPITA. Went in to accompany my grandpa for an eye checkup and was denied entry to the restroom. I am a pregnant woman and needed to use it, but they let a man go in an hour after I had asked. receptionist saw me sitting there for a while when she finally decided to ask me if I wanted to use the restroom, just cause she let the other man go in after she had told me no. In the span of the hour I was there I saw the receptionists forget to hand back a patient her insurance card, said they’d give it back to her and went out to lunch to El Pollo Loco instead. Also saw them make mistakes with 2 other patients. Very bad service, receptionists are not attentive and they constantly talked over the elderly patients.
