5 /5 Suan Mo “Moni”: Being a female its hard to find an honest mechanic. Ive been going to High Tech Auto for years. I now take my childrens cars there. If its something small or just needs adjusting they show you. They dont give you the big run around or start adding on charges. The prices are always fair. There are times I dont think they charge enough. They are friendly and straight to the point. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great customer service and explain everything in detail that is easy to understand. They are honest in what you need and will let you know whether a service is required or not. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront about charges and will update if anything changes . They also complete service quickly .

5 /5 Sierra: DO NOT COME HERE, they give you false information and they don’t care about customers cars they care about the money which is really unfortunate we tried to give them a second chance and the guy just gives us the run around and told us false information we got a second opinion and it happened to be something different it feels like I’m more of an experienced person on this than the own mechanic that works there. They use cars as there Guinea pigs all I went for was a leak and I left with my car overheating still, they put sink water in my coolant system which will cause rust and took off my thermostat and never put it back on without my knowledge, both the mechanics left mid while fixing my car to help fix someone else’s car all I came for was a leak in a hose. not a good place to come at all don’t come here for your own sake I’m saving you.

1 /5 Fei Wong: I cannot begin to express how horrible my experience regarding my visit was. Not only was the service unprofessional, but it was also horrendous. I called ahead of time to see about getting a smog check for my vehicle. The first time that I called, they picked up then hung up. I figured there must be a mistake, so I attempted to call again. This time I heard many numbers being pressed. I stayed quiet to try and listen for a person because I was starting to think it was an answering machine. I decided to head down to the shop for I could not seem to communicate with anyone through the phone. The employees were very rude. Had I not needed the smog check I would have left but I needed it. When they finished performing the smog check and I was asked to pay, I noticed that the price was much higher then they had said it would be. I let the person in charge know and all they said was there were some extra things performed on the car it needed yet I never agreed to it. After a long moment of arguing, I decided to pay the crooked man and leave because he refused to surrender my keys to me. I should of called the police but I was so heated that I just wanted to get as far away from this place as possible. This is a warning for everyone. Stay away from this horrible establishment.

5 /5 luis hernandez: The shop is clean. Great mechanic. Went to AA smog &auto repair on 9th street. They didnt want to work on my Nissan frontier. The chino that owns the shop only works on easy jobs. High tech took them 2hour to fix. Honest and trustworthy.
