I am a natural auburn and I have been wanting to add highlights and strawberry blondes and I have not had any luck until I came to Julianne at Harlo! She is a color magician and read my mind on what I wanted and then MADE IT HAPPEN. She was so aware of my comfort the entire time and made the whole experience so pleasurable that I am referring her to all my friends and family.
