5 /5 Megan Boles: I’ve been a client of Lindsay’s for about 10 years now. I cannot say enough good things about the salon, the women who work there, or the amazing human being that Lindsay is. It’s honestly so much more than a hair appointment. She’s booked out pretty far because she’s fabulous, but I promise it’s worth the wait!

4 /5 Alondra Santos: Due to previous screwed up haircuts, my hair was cut up in uneven patches, I wanted to even it out so that in the future I could get a reverse bob cut. But since it only barely reached my neck I was unsure if they were going to be able to do what I wanted due to the short length. This is where Mattie comes in. I wanted to find some GOOD, new place in Watsonville to go to for my haircuts, and if you are to, Id recommend this place. It was awesome having someone actually understand what it is I wanted before going anywhere near my hair, which in my personal experience has never happened to me. She was great, very nice and understanding when it came to what I wanted my hair to look like. She also asked me questions like: what do you usually do to your hair, how do you usually wear it, has this or did that previously worked for you. Which I appreciated, because it let me know that she was taking into consideration how I work with my hair on a day to day basis not just right when I walk out of the salon, or at least I thought so. She also offered her own suggestions when it came to my type of hair (curly/puffy), and things I could try for it or to do with it, without being pushy about it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and walked out with my hair feeling good for what I wanted. So, again, if youre looking for somewhere new to try, definitely check this place out. 1 /5 Yesenia Rivera: The one star is because the girl that "helped" us was very nice. The problem wasnt how my sister and I were treated in person, but BEFORE that. I had called, numerous times two weeks ago to try to schedule an appointment but the phone kept ringing and no one would answer. My sister tried as well with the same result. We finally decided to physically show up and were told that its appointment only. How can you make an appointment if no one is answering?!?!! The woman that attended us was nice and offered to leave the stylist a message for any openings. But in hindsight, shouldnt there be an appointment book? Needless to say, we left to try another place. We were so excited to try this establishment due to the reviews, what a shame.
