5 /5 Kyle glaab: What a beautiful facility. The care is professional with great communication. The rehabilitation and PT are caring a supportive. The nursing and aids work hard and really hear the patient. Doug is the Administrator and a RN he was personable kind and truly wants the best care for the people in the facility. Putting someone in care is hard enough but with Gold Country they make that transition as smooth as possible.

5 /5 Deanna Hawkins: I am blessed that BOTH my grandparents have resided at Gold Country Health Center and received the BEST care there. I remember Vicky Hume was their social worker and always so kind. The team their in general was incredibly kind. The nurses very dedicated and knowledgeable. And the therapist amazing as well. My uncle recently was under the care of Gold Country and because of the 5 STAR care was able to gain strength through great good, care and therpay and go home again. Our community is blessed. Im in the medical field myself and see and understand bedside care very well. And with the other options in town. Gold Country is the ONLY option. THE ONLY OPTION. Deanna Hawkins, RN.

The staff members are not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to engage with residents and address their needs. The residents are happy and engaged in their community. The CNAs and nurses go above and beyond to meet their residents needs. Truly a great choice for anyone’s loved one.

5 /5 Jamie Jones: This facility is by far the best in the Placerville area! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and it’s very clean. Most importantly, the care provided is top notch! I’ve personally witnessed the Administrator go the extra mile to provide care for patients. They also just purchased a van to help residents get to and from their appointments, which is a nice convenience.
