    Mia Alexander: I am extremely disappointed with the care my daughter received at your facility. She has been sick for over three weeks, briefly improved, and then developed a sore throat again. After waiting 3 hours, the nurse practitioner simply stated that it was ā€œsomething viralā€ without offering any real treatment or solution. This determination was made without proper diagnostic testing, despite the fact that I had the same symptoms and required a Z-Pack to recover. While an X-ray was done to check for pneumonia, nothing was prescribed or recommended to address her persistent cough and green mucus. It seems it would be pretty difficult diagnose something as viral just by looking at a patient, and the likelihood of my daughter getting the flu twice within three weeks is highly questionable. Now, we will most likely need to visit the emergency room, something that could have been avoided with proper care at your facility. Additionally, while we were waiting in the car, your staff locked the doors without any notice or explanation. Other patients were left confused, with no signage indicating a temporary closure and no one answering the phones—even though your posted hours state that you are open until 8 PM. In the end, we paid for an awful experience, received no effective treatment, and my daughter still feels just as sick as when we arrived. This level of care is unacceptable.

We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Stephen Hilty as our primary care physician for over twenty years. Dr. Hilty is competent, knowledgeable, and a caring physician with excellent bed side manners. He makes us feel important during our annual visits with him and patiently addresses our concerns and questions in a simple and non-demeaning manner to which we are very grateful. Dr. Hilty’s concern for our care is exhibited in many ways: 1) He would recommend physicians for a particular ailment as an orthopedic surgeon for Kingston’s knee problem; 2) He ensures safe travel abroad by providing a summary of our health history and medication in case the need arises, e.g., Paxlovid during the COVID pandemic; 3) He provides extra safety measures for Carol, who is immune compromised, by giving her monoclonal antibodies during the COVID pandemic; 4) He responds to our telephone calls and emails promptly when we have questions; 5) He interprets the laboratory results in layman’s terms for us within 24 hours of receiving the information; and lastly, 6) He ensures his nurses and receptionist have the same pleasant and caring attitude toward us and his patients.

    Gregory Laubsch: Very challenging to work with. 1. Making an appointment nearly impossible, getting someone on the phone is the first step, takes about an hour after being on hold and hung up on. 2. Paying a bill, same situation, 1 hour to get someone on the phone, then system not working call back. Doctor seems knowledgeable and good but no phone calls allowed to the office, (seriously) a phone center takes the calls and makes the appointments. No video appointments, no questions over a portal. Basically very hard to work with in general.

    Ken Bell: Honestly should be zero stars. On March 28th I was discharged from rehabilitation. My discharge coordinator Jessica faxed over all necessary referrals and approvals from my Doctors on required medical equipment. It is now April 7 and I still have not received my equipment yet. My daughter had to purchase necessities or I’d be in a difficult situation. Every time we call it’s the same excuse, we are waiting on Dr approval. Approval has been faxed 3 times, Along with follow up calls. I’m to my wits end with this company, it’s like being stuck in a matrix of irresponsibility. No customer should endure this.
