Turned out the starter was damaged. They not only diagnosed the issue fast, but also helped me get the part quickly and had it repaired in no time. Super friendly, very professional, and extremely detail-oriented. You can really tell they care about doing the job right. Their communication skills were excellent, and they were friendly and obviously helpful. They even went out of their way to search for recalls prior to payment.
