5 /5 Seth Richards: Talked to the owner over the phone to discuss having a prepurchase vehicle inspection done. Gave me great advice and offered to look at the car himself since im from out of town! Would recommend this shop!

1 /5 Darren: This is the worst repair shop in town, dont go! You would be better off taking your car to a dealership than trust the people at Franciscos. You will get quoted a price and called later and told there is a ton of extra work required, if youre called at all. I am filing a claim with BAR to get my grievances addressed and this business cited for their poor ethics. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

5 /5 James Rahm: Called to get a quote on replacing my brake pads and rotors for 2018 Audi Q7. Price was in line with another local independent shop but liked the reviews with Francisco’s so went with them. I also asked them to look at the engine mounts and bushing as Fletcher Jones Audi told me I should replace them. Francisco called me an hour later and said the bushings and mounts looked good so no need to replace. Now that’s when you know you have an honest man. They have earned my future business.
