4 /5 Lisa Andrews: I have been on an exhaustive search for a 2001 CLK 320. Yes its a 13 year old car, but I am highly in love with that body style and have as of this point I seem to have located a very nice vehicle at OC Prime Auto, a high end dealership immediately next door to Coast Auto Service. I have owned many European cars, but purchasing my long awaited Benz has been a dream of mine, and yet a purchase filled with trepidation because of all of the horror stories you hear concerning purchasing used models and ending up with astronomically high bills.
That being said, OC Prime sales rep Mike Shell sensed my concerns and offered to have the car inspected by the owner of Coast Auto, Robert. Robert appears to have done a thorough inspection, identified that the vehicle at this point required an oil change and maintenance to the Electronic Drive System. OC Prime kept in touch with me every step of the way,, and indicated that they would take responsibility and pay for the repairs prior to purchase.
Robert confidently reviewed with me the inspection, and I walked away feeling much better about my soon to be purchased. Even though I love completely out of the area, I look forward to continued business with him within the future.
