I worked with Tony, and the team collectively went above and beyond to not only offer me a more palatable repair quote - they squeezed me in, in a timely manner, kept me appraised every step of the way & went completely out of their way to make sure I got my car back in time before a big work week. My ac? Works like a dream now. They even gave me a heads up for minor things I should monitor for future repairs. Great customer service - I would 10/10 recommend & will be back for future maintenence/repairs.

Honest - They will get an understanding of your needs/requirements, diagnosis the issue and provide an honest recommendation on needs to be done now, in addition to things to address down the road. Communication is fairly seamless. Reasonable - Their pricing is very reasonable for what they charge, enough said. Trustworthy - He has worked on my previous vehicles, as well as my current 5th generation 4Runner. I was purchasing a used car around the corner, and found Long & Sons- boy did I get lucky. I needed someone to help me figure out if the car I was purchasing was a lemon, and Long took his time looking over everything inch and crevice of the vehicle to give me an honest opinion.
