Avrian Padilla To start off, Mac Auto Repair has always been honest with their work and service requested. The work that they do is great. I had both of my air intake valves replaced by them, and all of my breaks and rotors. The value of their work is way worth it because they are looking to keep your vehicle in the best safe and working condition for you rather than nickel and dining you like other businesses. I highly recommend going there if you need some work done on vour vehicle. Along with that in the front of shop, they have great used vehicles that you know you can trust based off of the service they provide at Mac Auto Repair.

Sergio (sr_gio) I have had several of my vehicles smog checked at this place. They had the same smog tech for years but he is no longer there. The staff is not horrible but definitely lack customer service skills. The last two times I have visited this place..... most recently today I have had to deal with the owner Adan Gomez. Adan lacks courtesy and extremely rude. At todays visit, two of his employees were working on vehicles and unable to greet me (customer), Adan clearly seeing that his employees were busy did not acknowledge me even after making eye contact with. Instead he turned his back. With his back turned, I asked him if they were doing smog checks?....several seconds passed and he responds yes. I would like to have a smog check. Again, several seconds pass and tells me the smog tech does not arrive until 10am. I said thank you and walked away irritated with Adans customer service or lack of. As I was walking away one of his employees approached me apologized on Adas behalf which I appreciated.

Andy Five stars because it was easy actually four stars because of pumps ran slow click it around a few times you can get it to flow quicker but the advertised price on Google maps showed $5.06 for regular it was actually $4 and 86 cents cash clerk was nice gas station appeared to be clean I do it again.

Also could not provide itemized receipt like other shops Ive been to. Was desperate so I paid but they said the car would be done by end of day and then called to say they needed to keep it over night. Will never come back here!

David Date Came in with a trailer light electrical issue. The problem was initially isolated to the brake controller. Diagnostics and new brake controller totaled $371. Ouch! I then went to trailer 2,000 lb of steel, and none of the lights worked. Dangerous! I brought it back in the same day, and the tail light converter was shot. Diagnostics and new converter, $189. I complained that the car was given back to me as fixed and tested. They offered a 10% discount. I could have had an entirely new system installed for less than the two separate repairs. Deeply disappointed in Osuna.

While my car was there they were also able to fix a few other things that needed fixing, which was convenient. They were great about working with my extended warranty and made that whole process very smooth. They were very friendly and great about keeping me updated while my car was in their shop. I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend them.
